Another alliance leveling guide? Yep. And this time from Killer Guides.
This is a detailed walkthrough on getting any alliance race to level 70 fast through questing. As such, there are separate starting guides for Night Elves, Draenei, Humans and Dwarves/Gnomes.
You know, I’m always impressed with the authors who take the time to level multiple characters and go through all the quests, figure out a good path between them and the zones, put everything in writing (ebook format) and link it all to database sites (such as thottbot.com).
Just like the author of this guide has done.
I’d like to show you a couple of pictures from the guide so you know what to expect (click to enlarge):
As you can see from the pics, there are maps denoted with letters and corresponding steps in the text that tell you what to do and where to go with coordinates as well as map letters.
Very nice for those who don’t wish to install the Titan mod that the author recommends for viewing coordinates in-game.
Everything is bookmarked within the guide as well so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for.
The amount of outbound links to thottbot is pretty incredible too. With just one click you can find the almost any info you’re looking for, if the steps in the guide aren’t enough.
There are other nice touches as well, such as links to class quests and profession quests.
If you’re looking for the best alliance leveling guide, it’s probably Brian Kopp’s or Team iDemise’s you should get… but if you want a GOOD leveling guide and like what you see here, then go for this one. There is also a great value in getting Killer Guides’ entire guide package which would include this guide and 15 (or so) others at a steep discount.
Oh, and I can’t understand why there’s a hunter on the cover of this guide. It’s NOT just written with the hunter in mind. It’s meant to be used by any class.
This guide definitely has my approval, and I would especially recommend it if you’re interested in any other Killer Guides and want to get the entire package. Not quite as good on its own as Brian Kopp’s or Team iDemise’s though.
