Zygor leveling guides
Zygor Guides is probably the most popular WoW guides of all time. They have been around since roughly 2008 and have been continually improved. Zygor offers guides for World of Warcraft and WoW Classic, including all the latest expansions. Their guides cover both Horde and Alliance and work with any class and race. They are very beginner-friendly, so even a new player can level very fast. Zygor is my personal choice among level guides when I use a guide to level in World of Warcraft.
Zygor works like an in-game addon that you view right inside the game. It will show you a window with instructions that tell you where to go and what to do step-by-step all the way to the max level. For example, the guide might tell you which quests to accept, where to go to accomplish them, what items to buy, quest items to collect, mobs to kill, etc. There is also a waypoint arrow that guides you exactly where you need to go at all times, so you know what to do AND where to do it. Extremely convenient. It’s also very easy to install even if you’ve never used any addons before, thanks to Zygor’s automatic installer. Furthermore, it’s easy to customize the look and layout of the guides so they fit your preferences exactly. Highly recommended.
Joana’s WoW Classic leveling guides
Joana’s 1-80 WoW Classic guides are created by a guy who is a legendary WoW gamer and one of the fastest levelers ever in WoW Classic, if not the fastest. He created a very popular leveling guide for the Horde side in World of Warcraft in 2006, that revealed step-by-step how he leveled insanely fast to level 60. He subsequently released a leveling guide for the Alliance side as well. He has also expanded his guides so they now cover the two current expansions packs for WoW Classic, that is The Burning Crusade as well as Wrath of the Lich King, so they got your covered all the way to max level.
You can become a subscriber to his guides for $5.95 per month, currently, which gives you access to all his WoW Classic guides, which work for any class and race, and cover Horde and Alliance, too. Joana’s guides even have a Hardcore mode that you can use if you want to, which was created to give you a safer leveling experience.
He has recently released a leveling addon that is included with his guides, so that you see the guides inside WoW while you’re playing. This addon includes an advanced navigation system that shows you with the help of an arrow, exactly where to go at all times. Of course, you also get instructions on precisely what to do in every location, such as picking up quests, turning in quests, killing mobs or collecting quest items. RestedXP leveling addon
RestedXP, also known as RXP, offer various leveling guides for World of Warcraft and WoW Classic, in the form of leveling addons. They have many different guides to choose from so you can buy leveling guides for the levels that suit you best, and for the faction(s) that you want to play, i.e. Horde or Alliance. They offer leveling guides that cover World of Warcraft including the latest expansion (Dragonflight). In other words, those guides will show you how to level step-by-step from level 1 to 70. If you only want leveling guides for level 1-60 or 60-70, you can simply buy those instead. However, at the time of this writing, the best value for money seems to be the “Dragonflight both faction guide” that covers Horde and Alliance all the way from level 1 to 70.
For WoW Classic, RestedXP offer many different guides, such as 1-80 leveling guides for Horde or Alliance or both, 1-60 leveling guides or 1-70 guides, depending on what you need. There are also 70-80 guides if your character is already level 70 and you just want help to get the last 10 levels, which may be the case if you bought the level boost from the Blizzard store, for example.
Furthermore, they even have 1-60 speedrun guides for Classic Era and Season of Mastery. They also offer special Hardcore leveling guides for 1-60 in WoW Classic, that guide you along a safer leveling route than their normal speed guides. These include Dungeon quests as well. Another interesting feature in these Hardcore guides is the “Hostile Enemy Warning” that alerts you to dangerous enemies close by so you are prepared, and shows you the patrol paths of powerful enemies on the world map so you can stay out of harm’s way.
