Creating and operating a truly successful and long lasting MMORPG guild is probably one of the hardest things you can do. If you’ve been a member of some different guilds you know that most suck pretty bad. There’s no cohesion, no common goal, not enough social interaction and disputes are not handled well. That’s why most guilds never survive past the 6 month mark.

How true that is!
Creating an "uber" guild (as Guild Helper calls an extraordinary guild) requires another skill set than just gaming WoW. It can also be more rewarding when you build something that lasts and unites people which is really what any MMORPG is about. Players in your guild will sooner or later quit and forget their guild mates’ names, their gear, and even their own character. But they will always look back on unforgettable guild events, the spirit of the guild and the common fight for a greater goal… IF you’ve created your guild the right way.
